For 2018, the Hyundai Sonata has received a list of updates and revisions. Some are cosmetic and exterior, while some are interior and under the hood. Plus, best of all, every trim level for the Sonata now comes standard with amazing safety technologies to help you avoid accidents and arrive at your destination safely.

Under the hood, the 2018 Hyundai Sonata still comes with the choice of engines, either a 185-horsepower 2.4-liter, a 245-horsepower 2.0-liter, or a 1.6-liter with 178 horsepower. But, all of them now have an updated suspension and a revised steering system. This helps make the sedan more responsive and gives it an overall better ride quality that is smoother.

New for 2018, every Hyundai Sonata model also now comes standard with updated safety features that include lane change assistance, rear cross traffic monitor, and a blind spot monitoring system.
